BACK IN THE SADDLE AGAIN (WE HOPE)

I think Zowie and I are on for the 2006 National Amateur in Klamath Falls.  After two months of draining Zowie's bladder by syringe and loads of expensive drugs, it appeared as though his bladder tone had returned.

The Vets at CSU wanted to perform an experimental surgery (the first ever with a dog) whereby they took a sliver of inner cheek tissue and grafted that tissue onto Zowie's urethra. The graft appears to have taken, the catheter has been removed, and I have been given the go ahead to start training again with Zowie. Cherylon will not be back for another two weeks, so I have been roading Zowie on my mountain bike, trying to get him back in shape (He has been lying around with me since February)

I am hoping he is up to snuff and we can run in Klamath

Ted

That is great news Ted! The best of luck to you from down here in Alabama!
