HIGH HURDLES

Earlier today, Cha Cha demonstrated her intent to try out for the track team.

Cha Cha was in the living room, chasing cats. I was in the kitchen getting food for the big dogs. Cha Cha wanted to be where we were.

Cha Cha was not happy being on the other side of the fence.

Before I knew it, she was over the top.

She is the first puppy I have ever had climb the doggie gate. Let's hope more good things are in store.

Must be a PAtton thing, my Patton pup Jessie found out she had the high jump capability at around 13 weeks. Quite funny actually, except for when we are eating dinner :)

Herb,

I don’t know whether it is a Patton thing, but I have raised a ton of puppies at home and Cha Cha is the first to jump the fence – at any age.

Let’s just hope it is a Patton thing and its a wonderful sign of great things to come! I REALLY enjoy reading about you and Cha Cha, ChaCha isnt too far away from Jessie in age and its neat to compare what the 2 are doing. Of course, I have 1/1000th of your knowledge so I’m hoping to glean a bit as well ;)

Chuck

I agree … let’s keep our fingers crossed that this is a sign of marvelous things to come.
