Zowie, Ace, and Fly
Zowie takes first in the AM at Fort Collins
Ace takes third in the AM at Fort Collins
AND FLY IS COMING ON
Fly takes Reserve JAM at Fort Collins
Since the National Am, I have run four trials in a row and the big dogs have been running well.
At Treasure State, Zowie made it to the fourth series of the Am, and Fly would have also, but for stupid handling on my part.
At Pikes Peak, Zowie got a reserve jam in the Open, and fourth in the Am (and would have done better, but for stupid handling by me on the water blind). Ace got a JAM in the Amateur and ran a good trial.
At Colorado Women's, Ace got a JAM in the Open, and Zowie was running a great trial, and stumbled on a bird in the fourth series and only got a JAM
At Fort Collins, I mishandled Ace on the Open Land Blind, but Ace, Zowie and Fly were great on the water marks. Zowie took first in the Am, Ace took 3rd and Fly got reserve JAM
The dogs seem to be in a good place.
